I really like these gummies, they came recommended after I was diagnosed with a Vit D deficiency. Ive taken them for about 6 months now, and winter felt a lot easier on my system with these acting in the background. My nutritionist said D3 is the best supplement to use. L'unique problème c'est que c'est du 4000UI, pour une carence c'est bien , mais pour une maintenance quotidienne c'est trop. Obligé de les coupés en 2 passées un stade vaut mieu avoir des 2000UI et les carrencé en prendront plusieurs, parmis tout les compléments en gummies de cette marque celle la est sans sucre, la formule gummies rend tentant les prises ce qui est un bon moyen de rester regulier mais attention si vous en prenez plus que la dose journalière vous aurez des complications de santé , le gout fait bonbon et pas medicament, et la quantité est vraiment elevé par rapport a d'autre de la même marque. Je ne sais pas si tout le monde a eu ça ,mais quelque temps après avoir prit un gummies , mon flux de salive a changé et c'était dérangeant pendant plusieurs jours de prise quotidienne, mais après une semaine, je n'est plus eu ce symptome.
