My doctor told me to try taking fiber for my cholesterol levels. All the usual brands like MetMucil etc are LOADED with sugars and unhelpful fluff. I did plenty of research on this brand and was a little spooked when the directions warned us against the psyllium fibers bloating really fast in liquid. I thought it would taste horrible and be hard to swallow; but thats not the case at all. I usually pour 8oz of water into a cup, dash of something else like juice or lemon water if you want some flavor. THEN pour the psyllium in and shake, drink immediately. Its not bad at all and I noticed the effects in about two days. Never got bloated, digestion was excellent. I drink it right before y first meal. Highly recommend this brand compared to others because its organic to little to not arsenic or lead naturally found in soil.

I’ve had this before and it was great. I ordered a new one I at the end of February. Just opened it and it is FULL of little insects!! Gross!! What’s weird is it appeared to be completely sealed. It says “organic”, but I certainly wasn’t expecting an infestation of living organisms!

This is a very large jar of pure organic psyllium husk poo promoter. I was advised to mix the unflavored psyllium with apple juice, so that as it thickens, the texture is easier to manage, because after a few minutes, it becomes very similar to apple sauce. The 'results' are as expected, thus avoiding discomfort or racing to the toilet for an urgent loose download. 'Bottom line', I am happt to have this product on hand to use every day and give the old insides a good scrub!
