My unit failed. How do I contact warranty services?
LiFePO4 BMS 48v 16s 200 amp unit purchased August, 2024 failed in September, 2024. Unit will not reset no communicate via Bluetooth Contacted Amazon and told to contact seller. Emailed [email protected] from instruction sheet but no response. Any other contact info available? I have 3 identical units working well, but this lack of response is troubling.

doesn't work and cannot get support
This is apparently just a rebranding of the Daly product, which is all fine and good, but I installed it and it does not work. I emailed VNSZNR product support and they would not respond, so I just ended up returning it.

VNSZNR 16S 48V 200A is a total train wreck.
First, the user manual is one sheet or paper with some pretty vague directions on installing the BMS. That's not a deal breaker for me since there are dozens of Youtube videos documenting the process. On that instruction sheet is a QR code that is SUPPOSED to download the app necessary to calibrate and monitor the BMS. The link DOESN'T EXIST. Apparently, the app is no longer available and that makes this BMS an expensive paperweight. IF I could find the app, the last straw is an issue with the RS485 comms port that is SUPPOSED to link the BMS to your controller inverter. The port is a 5-pin mini plug that (A) does not indicate the pin assignments for data transfer and (B) is NOT compatible with the comms port on virtually ANY charger/controller/inverter on the market since the vast majority accept either a RJ45 (ethernet) cable or a USB plug. And NO, they did not include ANY cable or plug that could be used to access their comms port. The whole point of a Battery Monitoring System is to allow you to SEE your battery status at a glance. Unless you have an electrical engineering degree and a lot of experience writing Bluetooth applications, the odds of you ever seeing ANYTHING out of this BMS are slim and none.
