NEXPOW Car Jump Starter 2026 Upgraded Car Battery Jump Starter Pack

I had bought this a while ago, but I finally had the excuse to use it (which is probably good that it's taken me this long to need to use it, but still!) cause my friend's car battery died while we were at a show. I went to my car and grabbed my NEXPOW, which had been sitting in my car for many months at this point, and the charge was still 100%. I looked at the instructions and it was incredibly straightforward. I plugged the jumper cables into the battery pack, connected them to the battery, and my friend started her car on the first try. It was like magic! And it still had plenty of juice left if I needed it for another emergency (though I was responsible and charged it when I got home anyway). This was a great demonstration of how much of a lifesaver this will be if I'm ever stranded alone with no one to jump my car. I'm super-glad I bought one for me and my husband cause now I have a little more peace of mind when I'm driving.

I love when items do what they are supposed to do. Very happy with this NEXPOW 3000A Car Battery Jump Starter. Just the right size, easily had the power to jump-start my 2011 BMW 328i Convertible after it would not start for a few days. Love that it can also charge devices and has a multi-use light. I have not bought a storage container yet and have not problems keeping it in the original box.

Considering that a high-end set of jumper cables can cost upwards of $200, and a more traditional lead-acid booster pack can cost close to the same amount...this little thing is a game changer. My wife went out of town this morning and took our newer truck because of some snow moving through the area. After she was on her way, I went to start our '07 Tahoe to head into town, but the battery was completely flat...and my wife has our only other jumper pack with her! 😂 Uh oh. Jumped on Amazon, ordered this thing and had it delivered within 2 hours (they literally loaded it on the van and drove it DIRECTLY to our house from the hub, no other stops - thumbs up, Amazon!). It was 3/4 charged out of the box but I topped it off just to be safe; it was fully charged within a half hour. Plugged the battery cables into the power pack (which have their own voltage regulator/relay and status indicator built in, great safety feature), hooked the cables up to the battery, and the status light immediately went from "standby" to "ready". The truck fired up instantly. And I mean *instantly*, like there wasn't even a problem with the battery. No hesitation, slow cranking or sluggishness - it just turned over like nothing was wrong. Also keep in mind that this was in 20°F weather, and it was starting a pretty beefy 5.3L V8. Didn't even phase the thing, and the battery pack still showed 100% full afterwards. For $49 I was really skeptical, but I ordered this little thing in a total jam with no other means of getting my rig up and running. Within 3 hours of placing my order, that problem was solved and I was on the road. I doubt I'll ever go back to those gigantic lead-acid booster packs ever again - these Lithium Ion packs are far more portable, about 1/10th the weight and much, MUCH more powerful. It does have a little flashlight built in that isn't terribly bright but would certainly be helpful on the side of the road. The brightness isn't adjustable but it does have three modes: steady burn, SOS, and strobe. There are also two USB outputs on the side for attaching charging cables and whatnot for other devices, as well as a round connector for barrel-style plugs. The pack itself charges via the included USB-C cable. The only thing they could do better would be to include a little case or even a soft bag to stow the booster pack and cables in while they aren't being used...but then the price wouldn't only be $49, so all things being equal I'm not complaining too much. If that's the worst thing I can come up with to gripe about, they've done a pretty good job. I'll update the review if anything changes, but I am extremely impressed so far.

This jump starter is an excellent piece of equipment that highly recommend. We have an older car and have used it several times to jump starter it and the unit works flawlessly. So much easier and safer than jumper cables. We have purchased three, one for each of our cars. It’s easy to use with clear instructions and the price point cannot be beat. I highly recommend it.

Nexpow is a fantastic product. It works 100% of the time when you need it. Eliminates the need for bulky jumper cables. I have one for each of my cars. This is my 4th purchase and I have to say I am disappointed that it didnt come with the carrying case to store in the car. That is the only reason that I gave it 4 stars.

I purchased the NEXPOW Q10S jump starter about 13 months ago and unfortunately ran into a major hardware issue. I had only used the unit twice during that entire time, and it worked like a charm. But out of nowhere, the physical power button died. The device would show a 100% full charge when plugged into the wall, but the moment it was unplugged, the power button was completely unresponsive and it wouldn’t output any power or turn on the flashlight. Because I was right at the 13-month mark, I contacted their customer support team. A representative named Jolene was incredibly helpful. She handled my issue very promptly, went through some troubleshooting steps, and when it didn't work, she immediately arranged to send me a brand-new replacement unit within a week. While the original unit failed after only two uses, I have rated this jump starter 5 stars because it worked great when it did, and for the excellent post-purchase support.

I recently purchased the NEXPOW 3000A Car Jump Starter, and so far I’m very impressed with it. The compact size makes it easy to keep in the car without taking up much space, but it has plenty of power to jump-start a vehicle when needed as well as charging devices such as phones, tablets etc. on the go. The instructions are straightforward, the clamps feel sturdy and I also like that it can double as a portable power bank for charging phones and other devices. Hopefully I won’t need to use it often, but having a reliable jump starter in the car gives me peace of mind—especially for emergencies or road trips. Overall, a great product for the price and a useful item to keep in every vehicle. The customer service was excellent! They responded quickly and replaced my product promptly. I really appreciate their professionalism and hassle-free support. Highly recommended!

So I was very pleased with this Jumpstarter AND the customer service as well. So my car recently had an issue where it needs to be jumped half of the time I go to use it, a dodge challenger. This jumper with the force start button would jump it instantly, I don't even need to wait for more than a few seconds. At some point though the charging port had an issue and wouldn't charge after I had it for a few months. I contacted their support & while I waited bought another competitors jumper since I need one to drive. This jumper I bought from another seller was MUCH worse. Only 1 jump would knock the battery down to 75% it would require multiple attempts because it'd turn red randomly & had to sit on there for MINUTES before itd work. This jumper here on the other hand can be used 10 plus times before it gets to 75% charge which is IMPORTANT if I need to turn my car off while I'm out. You can imagine how happily surprised I was when I found out the jumper from this seller (the much better one) was still under warranty. They were very quick & professional & I got the replacement jumper for free with free shipping within a week. I immediately returned the worse jumper I had got it in the mean time & now will always use this jumper. The force start is important because it makes the car start instantly with no waiting or trial and error. The worse jumper I used (the competitors) was actually MORE expensive and much worse. This jumper here is 5 stars because it works amazingly & if it has any issues they will replace it for free as long as it's still under the warranty period which is at least a year. Im very pleased with this jumper & won't be buying another one after the bad experience I had with it's competitors jumpers.
