Just what I needed to cure a manufacturers problem design. Works great.

Very well made and easy to assemble and wire up. You WILL need appropriate wire cutting and stripping tools, of course. The only difficult part was slipping the cover over the completed locking connector. You will probably have to cut the end of the cover to the appropriate size to fit your cable, but easy to do with a razor knife. I applied dawn dishwashing liquid over the back of the connector, after I had heated up the cover to make it more pliable. Took a little amount of wiggling to get it in place, but as you can see it worked perfectly. I applied a bit of silicone sealant where the cable enters the back of the cover just to ensure a water-tight seal. Saved a lot of money over purchasing a new power cable! :-)
