Definitely a gum to give a quick kick of caffeine without buying another energy drink or coffee. Love these. The taste is something to get used to at first, especially when I let others have one. Others either spit it out or took a moment to get used to the flavor. But even others felt that quick kick of energy and it was funny to watch. For its value, I think it’s a bit expensive but I think it’s worth having rather than always buying drinks. Texture is weird at first, but you get used to it.

I love this gum. I have one piece in the morning and it gives me the perk-up I need to get ready for the day. I end up chewing the same piece for most of the morning.

Honestly it’s just an extremely convenient source of caffeine that doesn’t include sugar and calories.

I found some of this at a gas station when I had to drive a long way. Now, I have a big box of it from Amazon to keep handy in case I need it. I recommend the product when you need a quick boost you can keep handy.

I am someone who is slightly sensitive to caffeine so energy drinks are a no go as they upset my stomach. I also cannot have regular sugar so these having alternative xylitol, aspartame to name a few is a plus! The flavor at first is kind of odd maybe it's the caffeine? But nothing that will gross one out, I don't think. It is slightly hard first two chews but gets soft after. You can taste the spearmint slightly at first then after a few chews it gets a little more flavorful. Does not get all sticky even after couple of hours of chewing. The flavor of mint lasts for probably an entire hour or so which is pretty surprising! I felt the caffeine kick in within 15-20 mins. I did not feel jittery, itchy or all those symptoms you would typically get with caffeine. Working nights in a warehouse can get intense; there are days where I am so out of energy and this definitely gave me the boost I needed. It has 100mg of caffeine which was kind of scary for me but overall it was good. It did only last like 3 hours then back to normal.

Great Taste and it works! Love the convenience of being able to put it in my pocket and take it to the gym with me.
