Ergonomic and effective, but requires adjustment.
Bought this for improving wrist posture during long hours at the desk. What I like • The ergonomic design helps reduce wrist strain, especially during extended typing sessions. • The right-handed orientation is comfortable and natural to use. • High-quality build, feels sturdy and durable. What could be better • It takes some time to adjust to the unique design, especially if you’re used to traditional mice. • The size may not be suitable for people with smaller hands. • It could be a bit pricey compared to other ergonomic mice on the market. Bottom line: A great investment for improving wrist posture and reducing strain, but it might not be for everyone due to the learning curve and price. Perfect for users looking to enhance ergonomics, but consider alternatives if you have smaller hands or need a more budget-friendly option.

An absolute game changer!!
I can’t even put it into words how good this product t is especially during those high anxiety gun fights. Just an amazing product all around it takes strain of your wrist and you get used to it very fast it doesn’t feel weird like it doesn’t belong but the opposite it fits in your palm behind your mouse just perfect and glides as if it’s an extension of not just your mouse but your palm and wrist I absolutely love this product material is amazing quality as well. You can tell a gamer designed this and a lot of thought was put behind this product! I would definitely recommend this product to anybody thinking about getting it just do it!!! You will not regret it!

Technically works, but not ergonomic. Also not recommended for tasks with lots of mouse movements
Got this after watching a youtuber recommend it. And immediately after getting it, I see some problems. First off, it technically does its job, it's unique in it moves around when you use your mouse and supports your wrist at the same time. It is just not comfortable nor adjustable. Both sizes definitely need some changes, it would be nice if the product could have a be more flexibility or the product itself could be adjustable, so the space between the two halves can be shifted. I would also prefer a softer top like gel I see on other hand rest products. (This would literally solve most of this product's problems) My wrist is incredibly small, so for me, the ergonomics are terrible. This is due to the way the product is shaped, so the outer edges of the product almost push into my palm since it's too small, as well as the edges in the center where the middle space is. So while I am not getting carpal tunnel, it's certainly not encouraging me to use it often or for long periods of time. Then there is usability. It advertises that it moves smoothly with your wrist as you move your mouse, but I can assure you that on a mouse pad, it does not. I can feel some resistance of the top center when moving my mouse downwards.

Amazing!!
The only issue I have with this is that I didn’t buy two of them. I literally use it every day for work. It has saved my wrist from so much pain. The way my hand rest on it. It actually has a firm side and a soft side to contour the shape of the hand a little bit better so that I was impressed by that. very very high-quality. I use it every day for the last three years maybe four years and it’s still works just like day one it feels so natural and the support that I don’t even feel it. I switched from the mouse to the keyboard and one sweeping motion that I don’t need to take my hand off of it. The height on it is amazing so much so that it gives me a natural resting position for my wrist so it doesn’t pull back. It is just a perfect height.

comfortable but wear down fast
I have bought two of these. The first early summer and helps with wrist fatigue. The pads are comfortable but the feet wear down pretty fast. Once you break through the first layer it is no longer as slick. I only bought a new one due to a dog chewing the first but once i did I realized how much the old one was wore down. They need some with glass skates or something more durable

Expensive for what it is but also I can't go back to not having it
I’ll be honest: $40 for what looks like a simple piece of plastic still feels overpriced to me. I can’t quite justify how DELTAHUB landed on that price tag, and I’ve even thought about 3D printing something similar myself. That said, after using the Carpio 2.0 for a while, I simply can’t live without it. It’s become an essential part of my daily routine. As a software engineer, I spend countless hours at my desk, and the difference in wrist comfort is huge. The ergonomic design really does reduce strain, and it glides smoothly with my hand thanks to the silicon pads and PTFE feet. I’ve definitely noticed less fatigue after long working hours. The size is just enough to get the job done, but sometimes I wonder if a slightly larger version would offer even more support. Despite my gripe about the price, I haven’t found any real quality alternatives out there, so for now, it’s staying on my desk. If you spend long hours on the computer, it’s worth trying—even if the price feels a bit steep.

It’s painful. Not worth it.
I hate it. Period. Very strong feelings about it right out of the box. Gave it a few days, and not only do I still hate it but it’s very painful to use. The rubber material is hard and has pressure points that make you come away feeling like you’ve rested your wrist on the edge of a table for too long. I come away more sore using this than not. They only have small and large sizes, I think the small is too small for me? (I’m not sure. I can tell it doesn’t fit well, but I can’t tell if it’s because it’s too small or the shape isn’t right for my wrist). In any event, I am sure the large would be too large and even if they had a medium size I still wouldn’t repurchase this. Maybe if you’ve got some meat on your bones it would be more comfortable but as you can see, I am a very thin person and this is pressing on all the wrong places. I also feel like the center valley part contributes to carpal tunnel pain because the very firm edges of each side rested right in that area, not offering any support to the valley of the wrist, and therefore creating pressure to that nerve center and the ligaments. I don’t know why they chose this material, it’s too firm. Also, I think a better design would be a little tab from the center of it sticking out and then attaching to the bottom of the mouse so that both mouse and the wrist “support” worked as one unit when moving the mouse around. I often found that I didn’t drag the wrist piece with my mouse well and that it caused even more issues. If it were comfortable I would have made a little tab myself and connected the mouse and the wrist rest together, but as it’s extremely not even remotely comfortable I’m not bothering and I’ve already started the return process.

Is it really worth the price? Or hype?
I love the story of this product. I love that it exists and that many people find it useful and necessary. Great patent and marketing. Solid materials. Simple and beautiful. It does not work at all for me. It's the added desk appendage. The needing to understand it's position on your desk, in relation to the mouse. And the milliseconds it takes to to position and adjust. To me it increases inefficiency. If I position my hand - which takes a second - and then just use the mouse-only for a while, this aid makes sense. If I am bouncing between typing and the mouse with my right hand, there is a profound lack of efficiency built into the constant repositioning. If someone were to just grip the mouse and not have to reposition their hands, this is a dream. It's efficacy requires precise palm positioning. And achieving that precision comes with a certain amount of effort. Sounds insignificant, but in practice... This invention works great. Is exceptionally comfortable on your palm. Very functional in the right use case. Beautifully designed. Hard to give this anything but 5 stars. Regardless of my complaints about how it works for me personally.
