Why does this have cholesterol if it's vegetarian?

I don't know where people come up with the idea that only animals can be the source of cholesterol. This is not true:"There is a widespread belief among the public and evenamong chemists that plants do not contain cholesterol. Thiserror is the result (in part) of the fact that plants generallycontain only small quantities of cholesterol and that analyticalmethods for the detection of cholesterol in this range werenot well developed until recently (1). Another reason has todo with the legalities of food labeling that allow small quantitiesof cholesterol in foods to be called zero (2). Where's the evidence for 3rd party testing? What tests are performed?

It is tested by their own lab. Not a 3rd party/independent lab, which is useless and you can’t trust those results.

Yes, it does. 350. Omega3, by default, is EPA. They just didn't list it. I'm sure it was an oversight.
