I was considering getting a Blackstone but didnโt want an additional BBQ product on my patio. This takes the Weber to the next level. Iโve done a number of blind taste tests for the family and the skillet side wins every time - meats are juicier and veggies donโt slip between the grates. Just ordered a 2nd one - converting 100% to flat surface.

I love using this griddle. I think it does a better job on steaks and burgers. It fit my Weber Genesis Silver B perfectly replacing one of the grates. I bit hard to clean though.

Hubby is over the moon
It fits perfectly on our Weber Spirit III grill. Got it for my hubby for his birthday and he said it has been the best griddle. Sturdy, well designed and easy to clean.

* Being an actual Weber grill component, this one is made to fit specific Weber grills, so make sure it is fully compatible with your grill before ordering it! I just got my wife a new Weber grill for her birthday. While shopping, I debated on ordering a flat-top, griddle-style propane grill. I compromised by ordering this griddle top component for my wife's grill. This way, I can easily swap it in or out when I want to use it. With this component, I can make bacon and eggs on the grill or cook up some grill small veggie pieces like onions or peppers. It is just what I was looking for and I'm glad I got it for the grill, though this thing wasn't cheap! It was quite a bit more than I expected to pay for it, but I wanted to get something MADE FOR my grill and this was it.

I love this grate. My wife and I bbq all summer long. She has grilled onions, mushrooms and even made grilled cheese sandwichs on this grill. Easy to clean I wash it like cast iron pans. It does need to be seasoned like all cast iron.
