Highly Recommend
This product really works! I have tendinitis in my quad and in my patella. I am kind of a gym rat and I love spending time working out. Once I got diagnosed with tendinitis, I was devastated. I started taking paleovalley turmeric to reduce some inflammation and after a month my knee feels so much better. I swear by this stuff. It makes waking up in the morning less hard because I’m not so stuffy and inflamed all the time. 10/10!

Clean Ingredients
I use this product as an endurance athlete to reduce inflammation. I can't say that it has completely eliminated inflammation but I have noticed a decrease in pain or tension in certain areas that tend to act up for me. You have to stay consistent with taking the supplement to see results. I really appreciate the clean ingredients of this product by the trusted brand name.

Easily added to an existing supplement regime
I've been using PaleoValley Tumeric for many years. I love the Tumeric as I know I don't eat enough foods containing the nutrients I need..at least not on a regular/steady basis. Having to have an existing regimin for taking heart meds, these Tumeric capsules were very easy to add to an existing regimin.
