Never measured, maybe 2 to 3 inches

I’m 5’9 and 205 and in the process of losing weight. I bought the 3XL before which still fits but is a little lose which I find if I buy a 2XL then it might fit me better. So I’m considering buying the next size down. I hope this helps.
