Stoneware Mug, 11 oz-Case of 36

The mug supplied by GIFTS COMPANY are awful. Absolutely horrible. I think I got maybe 12 usable (and even those had flaws) out of 36. There are literal holes in the finish. Poor glazing, rough patches... If these are for friends they might be okay. If you plan to sell them I'd make sure not to get them from gifts company.Update: I was offered a partial refund for 24 of the mugs. I had to get orders out so I picked the 12 best ones. But in the process I printed some not noticing the flaws. So I'm out ink and time as well. I'll update again once the refund is processed.Second update: no refund so I have to figure out how to wrap a partial case to return them since 12 I had to use. Also the person I'm emailing with is pretending they can't see the pictures even though the Amazon rep I spoke to can see them. Totally unprofessional.

Arrived quickly and intact. Sublimation colors appear vibrantly on mugs.

Searched everywhere for decently priced bulk mugs for an art project for kids. These were great! Fair price and worked well to paint on. Would buy again

Cups were great also look good and sublimates with good detail. Prices good will most definitely be getting more from Maryland China.

Absolutely perfect. They arrived very quickly, no broken mugs, and I made about 20 mugs with all different types of images and colors and every single one turned out beautifully! Will order from them again!
