Missing parts and the wheels will NOT stay on. Mpoorly built or poorly packaged!!

Missing pieces and NOT easy for a child to use!
Received this 10 days before Christmas and upon open opening on Christmas Eve we realized it was missing ALL the caps to hold the wheels in place so we had to use zip ties to hold them on!! The handlebar and seat tilting adjustment is really hard even for an adult to adjust! Awful product, save your time and sanity and pay the extra $10 for a better quality product!!

Shameful!!!!
The stroller looks very nice, but what good is it if you have no screws to keep the wheels in place. Very, very disapppointed that my granddaughter didn't receive the ONE gift she truly asked Santa for. She's still asking me why didn't Santa bring me my baby doll stroller. Been dodging answering and hopefully I'll be able to get another stroller soon. You people should be ashamed of yourselves, no hardware nor instructions. PISSED

Missing caps
Missing caps like all the other reviews, if anyone knows who to contact to get caps sent please let me know. Was able to rig it to work and niece loved it be would like all parts included

Great stroller but missing parts
Would have given 5 stars, but product arrived with missing parts and no instructions. Thankfully we were able to get the parts at the hardware store, but my poor niece was so sad that she was unable to play with this for a few days. Now that it's together, she LOVES it!

AMAZING STROLLER!
Revised Review: My daughter opened this doll stroller Christmas morning and there are no caps to hold the wheels on, I contacted the company and not only did they send the wheel caps but included several wonderful little surprises that more than made up for the little missing wheel caps! The stroller itself is high quality and has so many different ways to set it up! I would totoally buy this stroller again as gift and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality doll stroller at a completely reasonable price!

Don’t waste your time!!
My daughter spent her birthday money on this stroller. It just got delivered and she is bawling because there are no caps to hold the wheels on and no instructions. We got so excited to find one she liked and could afford that I didn’t read the reviews!! How are these still being sold when no one can use them!! Will be returning!
