Great product. Highly recommend.
Definitely does the job it's supposed to. Very light weight and powerful. Cools the laptop well and I love the sealing around it to prevent air escape. It also helps quiet it down. It can be noisy at higher speeds, but likely not necessary to go that high. It has good air flow. I like the extra USB ports as well. My 17.3" laptop fits nicely on it. Overall a great product.

Easy to use , cools all day my 17” graphic lap top even on medium fan speed.
Easy to use keeps my 3 year old 17” dell graphics laptop cool all day !!! That was before, overheating within hours of turning on. No more overheating, even on quieter medium fan speed. Easy to set up and use, like the adjustable stand. Two , easy to adjust computer holding clips. Has variable fan speed control - works great. On off button. Fan at higher speed is noisy but tolerable. I use a jabra noise canceling head set on zoom calls. And they block fan noise during conversations.

Temp was 94C down to 80C
Its loud but it dropped my temps from 94C degrees during gaming and freezing due to thermal throttling down to 80C during gaming and no performance issues, in fact I have better performance than before because it’s not overheating.

Legs pop out somewhat easily with side force
Pretty good (I’m using the GT500v1 according to the sticker on the bottom of the fan unit), my only complaint is that the legs pop out relatively easily with side force (pushing on the leg from the side, like if you brush up against something while you’re picking up the unit and moving it towards yourself). I used screws with springs to keep them in place as opposed to the tabs that fit into the notches (the smaller legs broke at some point). I don’t use the hub (the usb-c to usb-c cable that attaches the unit to your computer to give you 3 more usb-a ports on the unit). The fan rotates fast and gets rid of heat quickly. I’m using it with a little powerhouse Lenovo LOQ 15irh8 (13th gen intel i7-13700H, 32gb ram, Nvidia GeForce rtx 4060 8gb vram) which gets hot quickly and doesn’t have intense enough fans to get rid of the heat generated easily. I didn’t realize the little metal tabs in the front were to hold the laptop to the fan unit until a long time into using it (those are definitely helpful. The foam helps seat the laptop well, not allowing air to escape. It’s somewhat loud when you turn the fan all the way to its maximum speed.

Cools it down
It works very well. It drops my gaming laptops CPU and GPU temps from around 60-65 C° to around 49° for the GPU and around 50° for the CPU. It’s is quite loud especially at max fan speed but the fact that you can adjust the speed makes up for it.

No problems 3 years later
It's GREAT! Been using this since July 2023. Had it on full blast ever since Dust is barely an issue. The dust that makes it past the filter over a long period of time is VERY finely grained and easy to wipe/blow off. The filter itself gets very dirty though IDK if I can or should take it apart to clean the blades. IDK if it's designed for it The foam on top is weathered. It's covered in dust and definitely worn. The laptop made a permanent imprint As for my laptop; this cooling pad definitely keeps it cool. It's as cool as it's gonna get. There are no issues regarding leaks. My 16" laptop sits on it with plenty of space to spare. This pad could definitely handle a giant laptop. It also depends on where your intake vent is location. Mine is just in the spot where I can use both the foam layers for a tighter vacccum/funnel The USB hub sucks The elevation is great! The angles you can get are really good After years of use, the fans don't grind, they haven't slowed down, they haven't failed. I have this thing on maximum RPM 24/7. Very durable For a chinese product, this is very impressive. I would highly recommend this, or probably any later variant

Insane Temperature Reduction
I have an older, but extremely powerful laptop. It has always run hot, but one of the intake fans has recently started malfunctioning leading to overheat shutdowns fairly regularly. I did the research and landed on this cooler. It seemed a bit pricey, but the life of my primary computer depended on it. This fan reduced my heavy-load temperatures up to a max of 50 degrees C. Let me say that again...50 DEGREES CELSIUS. I was expecting decent results, but holy crap. It averages around a 30-40 degree reduction under normal use, and frankly I'm shocked at how well it works. Some folks have complained about it being loud, but seeing as how I'm coming from an unbalanced internal fan that regularly makes terrible grinding-ish noises, the noise this fan puts out is neglibale in comparison. I should also point out that I've been running this fan at max power, so keep that in mind when you check your mileage. With these kinds of results though, I don't see any reason why I'll need to keep it on max for the long term. 50% should be just fine, honestly. So yes, I absolutely recommend this cooler, especially if you have an older machine that isn't great at keeping itself cool anymore. It's extended the life of my machine significantly, and it was worth every penny.

Fan Chirping Right Out of the Box
It definitely improves temperatures. It is easy to install. It looks nice. It has multiple USB ports. It fits my 17.3 inch laptop. However, it is making an annoying chirping noise right out of the box. Not just normal fan noise, it sounds like when a PC case fan is on its way out. Chirp, chirp, chirp, chirp, and it is there no matter the fan setting speed. For $80, I expected better than that. Might as well get the cheap $20 coolers, they will do the same thing as this, and if they are noisy at least it was only $20.

Excellent cooling solution
Excellent system, easy to use, and I love the dial to set the RPM of the fan. It cools my gaming laptop down from 47C to 38C on a low setting, and under load from 57C down to 45C on a high setting. Laptop is now cool to the touch, most of the time.

Fantastic piece of kit.
Brilliant product. The fan is very loud but that is the price for performance. The cooler has a removable dust filter that is easy to clean. Only buy this if you have large intake vents on the bottom of your laptop, if you do this cooler is unmatched in it's performance. I highly recommend this cooler for anyone that wants maximum temperature drops, just make sure you have a bottom intake or it will not be effective.

Fantastisch!

Product works but loud - Read full review.
Product works for sure, this is something best you can buy for overheating processor's like i9 but fan is crazy loud, I reduce the fan speed at a bearable noise levels I wear glasses so I cant wear hefty headphones for gaming, I game on speaker. If you use the fan at 100% cooling is best but noise is something irritates me a lot I cant bear it. If I reduce the speed then I loose some power on cooling but noise is OK to hear. reduces a lot of temps no thermal throttle.
