The handle is really good
I have had lots of teapots l like a pot of tea not in a mug this pot is strong heavy but not too heavy l have no strength but managed very well it was a lovely cup might sound silly but have burned myself on my other to big and bad pouring the new one is really good

Lid drops off
This teapot pours beautifully but the lid is designed poorly and drops off. Really annoying.
