Fisher-Price Nickelodeon Dora The Explorer, Adventure Cell Phone

Very cute phone. My 3yr old loves it. Nothing complicated about it. It's not too loud at all. It is meant to be used like a phone would so you don't want it too loud when the child puts it up to their ear.

Granddaughter likes this Dora phone! My opinion is that the sound was fine/good, before taking it out of packaging, but volume is so low after, you can hardly hear what it has to say. The volume is made this way for a purpose, but it would have been better if the sound was a bit louder.

Granddaughter enjoys playing with cell phone and talking with it. Always takes it with her. I would recommend this cell phone for young toddlers.

The volume on the phone is way too low. When it was in the packaging and you pressed the button labeled "try me" it worked beautifully. Once out of the package it's a much lower volume. There is a label directed at parents telling them "due to safety reasons" the volume is low. I suppose the label is meant to point out the goal is to save the child's hearing and a good thing in the long run.

I bought this item for my daughter thinking it was a good deal even after reading the reviews. It came in a timely manner, the packaging was nice and before pulling it out I tested it and the sound level was perfect. Then to my dismay after taking it from the package the volume went down so low to the point where it is inaudible. My daughter doesn't want to play with it now because she can bearly hear the sound. There is no volume button so nothing can be done about this. She has more fun playing with the package than the actual phone.I would not recommend purchasing this item.....because your child will have more fun playing with the package than the actual phone.MBR

The looks of this phone are cute and good, but one could hardly hear the sound. It wasn't played with for very long

I rated this item a five star because most purchases on line are always missing something from thew discription. This item was exactly as advertised. I purchased it for a five year old who has been on it ever since. Thanks

We bought this as a birthday gift for a 3-year's Dora-themed party. I'm not sure how it worked, but the cuteness was worth the price.
