Heel Grips & Metatarsal Pads Set for Women, Shoe Inserts for Loose Shoes

I bought these for the heel padding, but thought the other pieces may come in handy. They sure did! A cute pair of flats that I have, that never really fit right, now are one of my favorite, go-to shoes. The insert are comfortable and ready to apply. They stick well inside your shoe. I have had no movement in either the heel or the pad of my foot. They are also easy to apply. I recommend and will buy again if needed.

Great item! Slapped a few pads together and put them on the back of a pair of boots i bought that are too big for me. They fit nicely now! Comfort is good, and they were really easy to use. Compatible with probably every shoe, they fit well with my boots.

I bought the Heel Grips Liner Cushions Inserts for my shoes that were slightly too big, and they’ve worked really well! The set comes with both beige and black options, which is great depending on the color of the shoes you’re using them in. The grips are easy to place in the heel area of the shoe and stick well without sliding around. The comfort level is impressive too. I’ve used them in a pair of shoes where the heel would often rub, causing discomfort and blisters, and these heel pads really help prevent that. They cushion the back of my feet nicely, reducing friction and providing a more secure fit. Additionally, the metatarsal pads are a nice bonus! They help distribute the pressure better across the foot, which provides extra comfort when walking for longer periods. They’ve definitely made wearing shoes that were a bit too big much more comfortable. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the adhesive on the pads was a bit stronger. After a few wears, I did notice that one of the heel grips started to lift a little, but it wasn’t a major issue. A quick fix with some fabric glue should solve that problem. Overall, these heel grips and metatarsal pads are a great purchase if you're dealing with slightly loose shoes and want a more comfortable fit without any heel pain or blisters. I’d recommend them!

This product does the job but is not overall great for the long term. I put the inserts on my work flats, which I wore about 2-3 times a week and after a couple of months of use, the fabric on the stickers pealed off and I was left with a sticky shoe. On the heal pads, they worked better, but after awhile the sticky part on the top started to separate and I had to replace it.

This selection of shapes and colors has been perfect for me. These stick well &are the just right softness/firmness to do the job. I use them with dressy flats that I can wear with thin or no socks when it's warm and may wear with thicker socks in the cooler weather. These help the shoes fit better and not rub my heel. The different colors allow to match the liner of most shoes so they are not obvious when shoes are off.

Goof deal

I purchased this pack for a pair of loafers that were a bit too big. All of the pieces are a good idea in theory..but none of them worked for my particular shoes. The sticky ones would bunch up and become painful. The ones that you cut and push into the toe are a bit too rigid. I may not have put enough effort into finding the perfect combo of these that worked, but I can see how they would work for other people. I do like that there is an assortment of options.
