Braswell’s Gourmet Merlot Wine Sauce – Small-Batch, Renowned Specialty, Made in USA, Since 1946 (9.5oz)

I’ve been looking everywhere, I met a chef years ago that gave me his “secret” to the best steak sauce, adding dry red wine to the steak juices. It is so savory and flavorful. Just the right balance for taste. I even added it to a beef stew I made. I imagine you can add it to other dishes. I have to tell you, I have the pickiest husband whose idea of sauce is vinegar and ketchup ( not that there’s anything wrong with that) and “to each their own” as the saying goes. I was SHOCKED when he used this on his steak, and even came back for more 🤗 Well worth the money and packed well so the bottle wouldn’t break or leak. It almost resembles a bottle of merlot🤭 nice touch! 😉

This Merlot Steak Sauce is outstanding! If you want to give your burgers, meatloaf and meatballs extra bang, then use this in them. Tastes very high end, and will make your guests wanting to know your "secret". I'm definitely buying more for summer grilling.

Love this sauce! Used to be sold in local stores, now it is a rare find. Packed with unique wine flavor. This sauce is unbeatable for flavor and texture. Elevates any cut of beef or chicken.

This product is amazing. If you like A1, this is a step above. Hard to find so a bit pricey but for me worth the money. I can't find in my area (Central PA).

Since I discovered this Merlot sauce, I have ordered 5 bottles. After grilling a lamb or beef steak, I just put it on a small 'puddle' of this on a plate. It came in very handy today when the beef stew I made seemed a little flat-just added a dash of it and it kicked up the flavor tremendously! Wish I could buy it by the case!!

It was a decent steak sauce but I'm not sure if I'll order it again but I might. I'm kind of torn on that but if you like merlot wine, you'll probably like this.
