Excellent product and it does what it says IF you time it well. For my system: Marathons:1/3 taken 10 minutes pre race. The next third at around 25thK and the last at 35K I have also found that it acts a lot more efficiently if I avoid coffee for 7 days days pre-race. Ultras: Use judiciously, obviously, if doing an ultra. I have Never used more than 1 and 1/2 portions per ultra even if it be a 100K event. Again, if your watch says you are doing a lot more than your usual red cardiac zone, I avoid the next swig. This way I might struggle a tad towards the end, but my recovery for the next race is quicker. Taste! Size!!! can easily snug fit it in to your shorts pocket and if ultra can pack a couple easily.

As with anything small, I struggle to read the nutritional labels even with my reading glasses on but find it much easier if there is a dark background label so thanks for that. It is for the first time in my life when I tried this type of product and the reality is that even though I'm not a huge fan of coffee, after drinking this I realized that combined with the other ingredients that it is made from, it increases my focus and energy during workouts quite a lot. The thing is I never looked for the type of boost like for example while having energy drinks, but these caffeine shots are completely different because they clear my mind and also they give that nice clean boost of energy that I was looking for. Even after the training I still don't feel tired and also I like the fact that these are indeed shots considering that there are 60 ml each and the taste is a pretty nice(i've got the berry flavor). Overall, these are great and I will definitely consider purchasing more in the future.

Despite being aimed at pre-soccer energy boosting, these are perfect for any activity to wake you up before engaging in intense training. The flavour is really quite pleasant. It's a distinct berry taste and doesn't seem to have a nasty aftertaste that some caffeine shots can have. It's easy to drink slowly or tip it down. The caffeine hit is almost instant too. These are fairly good value and Sre conveniently sized to carry with you for sport. Overall, I'm pleased with them and can recommend them.
