Whitmor Zippered Hanging Suit Bag - Clear,Gray

For a long time now I have wanted to organize my suit closet. I have bought many men’s suits over the years and they each come with their own suit bag and hanger. In addition to the disorder, the majority of suit bags are not clear, so I had to label the hanger to know which suit I was selecting and that added to the mess. Some of the cloth suit bags have a little clear plastic square over the right breast, but when every suit is either blue, dark grey or black, that small square isn’t very useful to make out the differences.Admittedly, I was unsure of how the closet would look with clear bags or if I would be able to distinguish the suits in them, but I am so glad I tried these bags out. First of all, they are really affordable, so you can try a set without feeling put out. Second, they look and work great! The plastic on the front is crystal clear and they are the perfect size for men’s suits (for 6’ man, size 42L). The zipper and seams appear to be sturdy.They do smell like plastic when you first open them, but then that is probably because they are made of plastic. Not a big deal, something to expect going into it and the smell disappears within a day or two.I am back on the site today to order another set because I am so pleased with the first (as I did with the accompanying hangers that can be found here  Quality Hangers Wooden Hangers Beautiful Sturdy Suit Coat Hangers with Locking Bar Gold Hooks (5 PACK) ).I will update this review if there are any quality issues moving forward.

Recital season is upon us again and that means someone (me) has to organize multiple sets of dance costumes for spring performances.Last year I shopped around and couldn't find what I was looking for. I ended up with dress bags that were really long and quite wide. While inconveniently bulky, I felt those worked quite well for the ballet dresses with puffy skirts. But they are really too large for the flatter lyrical dresses and tap leotards.I bought several of these Whitmor Suit Bags and I couldn't be happier.When you open the package, there's a strong plastic smell that comes from the bags. I unfolded them and let them air for a day and they were fine.The front is clear plastic with a full zipper and the back is a white, breathable, fabric. The plastic is thick enough that I can add tape my schedule to the front of it without fear of the plastic ripping when I remove the tape. The zipper is also a nice enough quality that I have no concerns that it will break or not last through this recital and more to come.While these are really meant for suits, I find that they hold two or three of the flat costumes and accessories very well. Plus it allows me to leave the costumes hanging without worrying that excited little dancers will accidentally get them dirty.

This garment bag is great! Just what I was looking for and it fit both a suit jacket and pants with no problem. It is made quite well. Would purchase again.

I have 4 of these. We recently moved, which is why I got ten for my 4 suits. I’m glad I did.

This item is perfect. It’s not only for 1 item, I put a lot in the same hanger and works great. Love it

I bought two sets of these when I was cleaning out my closet. It can quickly and is exactly how described and in the pictures. They seem semi-durable and helps keep clothing protected from moths. Probably not durable enough for travel. I like that it is see through on one side so I can see the dress.

This product is perfect for storing suits that are not often used. It is completely see-through on one side so you always know what's in it. It feels durable to last for quite a while but not enough to use for travel unless it was enclosed in something else. Very pleased with this suit bag.

The quality is low and the cost is high, well it does what i bought it for, so its average.

It's a bag. I put my suit in it. Flawlessly performs its task like no other bag. When I think of clothing bags, this is it.
