Game changer!!!
A great home automation gadget. Can be controlled using your phone, Alexa and it comes with a remote too. Service team is all ready to assist you with the installation process at any time. Highly recommended.

Malfunction switches
I bought 5 switches from Iotics and 4 of them malfunctioned when I tried to connect with wifi and mobile. All 4 switches were getting on automatically. Iotics sent replaced for 2 switches but they malfunctioned too. I contacted mr mahesh from Iotics and he arranged updation of software but problem remained same. I sent back two switches for replacement but didn’t get the replacement yet. I think seller should be stopped for selling malfunctioned switches and instructed to send replacement asap to save the image of Amazon.

Convenient and Looks great
This is an amazing smart switch. My kids wanted alexa controlled lights, fan etc in their room. Individual components were working out to be expensive. That's when I came across the iotics switch on Amazon. It basically solved all of those problems. The best part is the setup is super simple and it just works!! Now kids have blast asking Alexa to turn on and off everything in their room. Made in India product that matches any world class offering. Great work.

Manufacturing Defect on socket
The media could not be loaded. Faulty manufacturing defect. Even the return period is closed.
