Pleasantly surprised by this neck warmer!! It is Easy to use, very comfortable and has exceeded my expectations. The office is a consistent chilly 64-68. This helps keep me / my core, warm enough to wear a long sleeve shirt & light sweater vs being draped in a blanket or heating pad at my desk. It takes a fair amount of time to charge, but knowing it enables one to plan accordingly. On one charge it’s lasted 7-9hrs on the low setting, with intermittent periods of turning it off. It has two options to charge, including a usb port, which is helpful. *it doesn’t come with a charging cord, not a deal for us. The light on the side is helpful & to read. Planning accordingly for theater use will help avoid the small illumination mentioned elsewhere in the comments. Overall - very happy to have found this and buying another for a friend.

These are heavy quality products. They work well and they really do keep you warm because the blood vessels are in your neck body. Last about five or six hours with a full charge. I’ve had mine for over a year and it’s still working. I don’t use it every day, but it is great. I gave it as a gift to a friend who has no problems and she thought it was a wonderful birthday present.

This thing is a lifesaver in my cold office. The warmer itself is coated in nice almost skin-like material but the included velour-type cover, which zips on, makes it very cozy. The option to change the temperature is great, and it heats up or cools down quickly. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because of the battery. It won’t last more than about 3 hours with continuous use, and the battery takes FOREVER to recharge.

How great to be able to heat yourself without having to heat the whole room. And it works well--heating very quickly. A few minuses. It only works for perhaps 90-120 minutes before it needs to be recharged, and accessing its USB-A port requires removing the plush cover, which is difficult. So I leave that part uncovered, but even at the lowest heat setting (40 degrees celsius/104 farenheit), it's too hot on the skin, so you must be careful to put your shirt or sweater collar between you and the device. All that said, I love it, and use it all the time.

Update: It now takes 48hrs to charge from 0-100%. And battery dies in less than a hour. I’ve had this for a little more than 30 days and I don’t see a way to get product support. 0 star. Do not buy.Takes a while to charge and doesn’t last very long but it’s is really nice and warm. It is low profile and the heat is nice and strong. Works great. Just with the battery situation was better

LOVE THIS ONE BECAUSE NO BATTERY. JUST KEEP IT CHARGED. AT 50% THE CHARGE ONLY LAST FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS.I KEEP MY HEAT WARMER AT 40% THE CHARGE LAST THE ENTIRE 8 HOURS WITHOUT RECHARGING. THE HEAT IS JUST NICE AND SO WARM. YES IT GETS HOT! BUT FEELS GOOD. COMES WITH A NICE VELVET COVER.

For me it was like wearing headphones around my neck. Besides, I am not sure of its exact purpose. a reviewer mentioned using at a football game and i thought that would be a good idea. So maybe this warmer is best suited for cold weather outdoor activity.I think it has usefulness, but I don’t think it is for the arthritic. I mostly wanted something for neck arthritis that was not a scarf or was a plug-in heating pad. but it is tricky out there trying to parse through the noise to figure out what is best.It is a fine looking product, the color is beautiful and the product was packaged nicely, obviously saying that someone cares about the product. it did not come with USB cord. but trust me you have this type.In any case i returned it. There were a couple of reasons.i think there are 4 temp settings, starting at 40. i assume C. I did not put the cover over warmer itself since i wasn't sure if i was going to return it. Personally, i can tolerate a lot of heat but this gets very hot. anything beyond the first setting was too hot for me. but not having cover on may have influenced this experience.The heat was very specific to an area on the back of my neck. Heat also radiated from the ends of the device, but i wasn't sure how to position the ends. The warmer was not bendable. and the ends just seem to hang in the air when it was around my neck. i could see it being useful for cold outdoor activity. Like under a big bulky scarf on a cold evening.I don’t recall finding it heavy around the neck but i knew it was there. I did not use it long enough to see how well it did with a charge. I do recall it being down to 40% after after several hours of constant use.

I like the warmer. It does work but the battery doesn’t last as long as I thought it should. The cover for it is nice but the zipper is flimsy and doesn’t work well. It gets stuck and I can't move it.
