KENT Pristine 8-Liters UV+UF Water Purifier (White) (Not Suitable for Borewell or Tanker Water)

No installation provided. Stopped working within two months (UV Chamber leakage issue) and no response from customer care even after 5 daysof complain. No stock of spare parts in the city hence week passed for replacing faulty spare part against complain under warranty period.

Its a nice purifier if your water is from municipality my TDS was 100 so it's good if you have boring water then you need to check TDS if high then go for RO system.Immediately I got msg after delivery that the conserned enterprise person will call you for installation. They called me and told sedule was right so Next day they installed it.But they charged 1200 Rs for the sediment filter which is outside of Kent. As they say if you don't install this then all filters inside will not be in warrenty which is wierd to know.So willingly or unwilling you have to pay and install.Rest it's good it also has a playstore app of Kent for further complaint or any service required.

Not a Good Experience:1. I got an old Stock manufactured in April 2021.2. Right out of the box, power switch/indicators were not working, Installation guy deassembled it and somehow fixed it.3. Within a week, we figured out that water is overflowing from its tank. When we called kent customer care they sent a technician out and replaced a part called SV. Part was refurbished not a new one.So far its working good but overall its not a pleasant experience.

This is very good and best purifier for small size family. Quality and service is also good and value for money

Have been using this from last three months and didn’t faced any issues so far. I’m aware that this won’t change taste of output water, as this isn’t RO system. Recommend this for municipal water filtration/usage. Pre-filter is something we need to purchase from the installation guy(they recommend us to purchase this for an additional layer of protection)

After purchasing 6 month flow of water will slow when service men are come and saw, saying all fillter was not working and 2150/- expenses within a warranty only service are free.. totally faltu product mostly in warranty all copies change spare parts also but these company demanding money..

Looks good so far, will update the review after using for sometime. Build quality is good and looks good too.
