Received the Trainers I ordered second time around.
Ordered these Nike Renew trainers and after a designated time of delivery, I received a tatty old pair of Fila trainers that had obviously been worn and in a bit of a state, see attached photo. To say I was livid is an understatement, they were in a Nike box and the bag was sealed. Customerservice were very good spoke to lady in the Caribbean who was most helpful ,as soon as the shoes were returned I received my refund plus a goodwill gesture of £5. With apprehension I re ordered the Nike trainers that were delivered the next day. Five stars for trainers nil stars to Amazon.
