Lasts!
Used to tie down a tarp, exposed to direct AZ summer sun for months at a time. No signs of rotting, only some mild color fade.It does get tangled pretty easily when throwing for a bear hang. But is crazy strong. Don't put any type of knot in it thinking you can loosen it later. Once you use a "permanent" style knot and sinch it down, it's not coming out.

Good Price for Dyneema line
Very light, strong and slick- ultralight hikers may be familiar with this line for guy lines. As a throw line, I spliced a loop on each end for convenience. I also added a short piece of weaker line between it and the throw weight in case the weight gets snagged in the tree; It would be difficult to recover to recover the cord without. Might use it for hanging food away from bears when hiking as well, since it seems the bear lines I take are always too short.

Great line for Tarp Ridgelines!
While preparing for a week long campout in my hammock, I thought that I would upgrade my tarp rigging. While many use Samson Zing-it with their Dutchware bling - I thought that I would give this line a try instead.First impressions - it lashes well, and has a slightly waxy coating that should cut down on tangles while in storage between outings. In terms of compatibiity with Dutchware bling (Tarp Flyz, Titanium Wasps and Dutch Hooks) - being 1.75mm cord - it is working *much* better than the 2.2 cord that I had previously tried for ridgelines - and packs down considerably smaller (which is a bonus as it is more than strong enough).Looking forward to seeing how it holds up to the trail - but I'm fully expecting success.

Nice string, but not 1,600 lb rated
Would easily give 5 stars if actual breaking strength was listed. As an engineer who mentors several high school robotics teams, I was very intrigued by the 1,600 lb rating and it's many applications. Very impressed with the string and tried and actual pull test using certified scales. First two tests, the string broke around 250 lbs, both times at the knot, which is usually the weakest area. Reconfigured the setup to mitigate knot failure and once again broke at 250 lbs in the middle of the string. The actual 250 lb breaking strength is impressive, but falls way short of advertised 1,600 pounds. Manufacturer: Please advertise actual breaking strength and don't set somebody up for failure. Someone putting 200 lbs of load on string thinking thet have 8:1 factor of safety is in for a bad surprise.

Excellent
I recently got into spearfishing and needed something to use as a shooting line and also to tie the rubber bands and bridles. This has been great. Really strong, extremely durable, I like the bright orange as it’s easy to see under water. It handles salt water and also staying out in the sun without any issues. This takes knots really well, and you can burn the ends to create a really strong mushroom that will prevent slipping . Excellent quality, I’ll definitely buy this again when it runs out.

Strongest line for the size ever made!
This is good for EVERYTHING you need some in your car (4-5 lengths will pull you out of a ditch!) In your house for shoe laces that will outwear the shoes, and anywhere you want to tie things up!I would not suggest the bedroom as the chord is thin and will cut... LOL but everywhere else it rocks!

OK, but…
I don’t think this is Dyneema. Feels like just poly. Not quite as strong as I’d hope for the line size. Also more like poly twine rather than laid or braided rope, so can’t really splice it. Just know what you’re getting.
