Wasserstein Anti-Theft Mount for Google Nest Cam Outdoor or Indoor, Battery - Made for Google Nest (Camera Not Included)

I love how easy it is to apply and remove when I need to charge the camera. It fits perfect. The cost is good, I’ve recommended to my adult kids to secure their cameras.

Small camera - so easy to install - just two screws to attach base. Great videos both day and night. Have had them up for 3 weeks now and still show about three months before needing to charge batteries. Installed one in front on porch (so can see door and driveway) and one in back. Angle is wide enough to cover exactly what was needed. MUST also purchase anti theft mount if installing in front - camera is attached only magnetically and can be easily removed from base if it is low enough to be reached. Works with Google Home for notification of activity. It has provided enough video and history as is, so have not paid any fees to have more video time. So far, it has proven to be exactly what we needed, and we are so glad we did not go with a security company who wanted to charge a great deal more to install and monitor cameras. We easily monitor these cameras ourselves - and - we can speak to person remotely if needed. So far, so good!

I felt this was well made and has the hardware to be mounted. The security cable is thin and could easily be snipped. Really not much different than the cables they come with that can be screwed in. In hindsight, not really adding much as I feel with a hard tug this would rip out of the screw or could easily be cut. Of course this assumes they come with wire cutters. Solution was to mount them 10 feet up so they cannot be reached as well. Does make it more of a hassle to charge them. Yes, the charger still plugs in but you'd need to remove them if you don't have a cord long enough.

My contractor really likes these anti-theft mounts, so I ordered this pack and they work beautifully. Easy to install - for him. There is no obstruction of what is viewed from the camera. I see the full area that is being viewed.

Exactly as described

Met all expectations, was new out the box, fast delivery and better then 2nd Gen outdoor. This one always won on the angle side can put direction how u want, DONT GET 2ND Gen outdoor, it's but so much you can see when trying to put how you want it, Nest app always wins NOT GOOGLE APP

The Anti-Theft mount arrived (from US to Ireland) in an impressively short time and several days ahead of initially scheduled delivery date. It was easy to fit and very good instructions included. Very pleased with it and happier the camera is positively secured against falls as it is mounted above garage doors which might cause vibration being opened/closed. I've also used the Google 10m cable to provide mains power to the camera so it's a great set-up overall.

Total waste of money. I have no idea if this is even the same product as the ones I bought three years ago. The previous ones were made from much better material you could tighten them securely without them breaking. These new one i recently got is extremely cheap and brittle. Snaps far too easily, making it unreliable and not worth the money. Very disappointed with the drop in quality.

easy install and one of the best prize vs quality camera out there

We purchased these for security, and because we have a very windy driveway when he wind goes up to 80km/hr plus. These will hold our devices securely, I won’t have to run out and get them. The blackened fin works wonders, no glare. At the cost of the Nest cameras, $20 for the added security is well worth it. Would recommend would buy again!
