Will this fit the Lelit Mara X?

It has a 58mm Porta Filter so it shouldn't be a problem. The 18g is sort of a standard size. A larger capacity 20g or more might not fit unless you have a naked Porta Filter.

Is the thickness of this tamper matched to the IMS shower screen and basket, to create perfect headroom above the puck when tamper is flush w/ basket?

The 58.5 tamper fits my Gaggia Classic Pro Filter just right, no coffee grains left on side, fits good.

Does it fit to gaggia new classic pro standart double basket which comes with the machine?

Yes, I have the same machine and this tamper works just great.

Is it compatible with BZ head group?

Looks like Bezerra machines use 58mm filters, so this basket should work fine.

Very good basket

The IMS Basket 58mm 18 gram Nanotech - Baristapro Precision Ridgeless Double Espresso Basket Filter is a very good basket. It is much better than the baskets that came with my Gaggia Classic as well as the basket that came with my bottomless portafilter. With the Nanotech coating, cleanup is effortless. The pucks fall out of the basket effortlessly with little coaxing.

Stand by it.

I have purchased 2 of these. A 20g and 18g dose. The 18 has lasted me 2 years and is still going strong. No noticeable wear on coating and have pulled a ton of espresso shots through my GCP. Worth it. Great water flow/dispersion as well. Designed well, easy to clean, almost no caking or sticking. Fits well, easy to changed out.

Great extraction, not magnetic

Great basket, has consistently given my a good crema and even extraction. My biggest grip is that it is not magnetic so I cannot use it with my grounds funnel
