I made my own non-dairy coffee creamer in just a few minutes! I wanted to keep it simple so I chose Almond Cow Organic Coconut Shreds. These shreds are very fine and fresh - just great for this creamer. They blended so well with filtered water in my Vitamix that I didn't even strain the creamer but left everything in for the nutrient content. This time I added a little Kirkland Signature Organic Maple Syrup, a little SummerDay naturals pure natural Vanilla Bean Powder, a pinch of sea salt, a little Kirkland Signature Organic Virgin Coconut Oil and a little microingredients Organic Sunflower Lecithin (as an emulsifier). (I'm not affiliated with any of these products but just thought I'd give what worked great for me.) The creamer turned out perfect in taste and consistency without anything artificial. I'm looking forward to making this again soon and also some with various wonderful warming spices!

I was buying coconut water for smoothies for years. Then I realized once when I had a little extra coconut milk from a can I could use that in my smoothie and get an even better flavor. Now I use this and I don't make it into milk first. Just drop it in the blender with water and the other ingredients and it adds a hint of coconut to the smoothie. Saves so much money not buying coconut water anymore!

It's moist, very finely shaved. First hand quality! Its a larger amount then I thought, justified the price.

Very versatile coconut product. No added sugar. Delicious!

I had expected "shredded" coconut but what I received was not shreds but closer to very rough ground, some close to coconut flour in texture. if this matters to you, dont buy it. I needed it for keto cookies which require shredded. Flavor was nice though.

I use to make coconut cashew milk. Easy to use and store.

Cannot really rate this item fairly. Did not use the product as yet. Just received it yesterday. I am sure it is an essential product, that is the reason for purchasing it. Thank you.
