Liquid Flash | 10.3 oz. Cartridge | Weather-Resistant | Flashing Sealant

I thought to try this on the nail holes. There is a reason you almost never see this product used on any buildings you might drive by. Avoid it if all possible because it is expensive, hard to clean up, drips, does not stay in the holes, takes very long time to dry, shrinks and requires two coatings. It is probably the worst product I have ever used.

Great size if you have a smaller job and only regular caulking guns. I didn't have an expensive sausage caulking gun so I purchased this size for a smaller job. Came with the screw on tip btw.

great product, but shipped without nozzle is kinda annoying.

1. Tape is excellent.2. It does it’s job of blocking moisture and water.3. It is a bit difficult to handle for one person because the adhesive is extremely effective and keeps sticking to glove and/or fingers. How’re, I rather have it stick to fingers than not stick to the surface.Caulking1. Have not used it extensively, but was hesitant to use it because it’s applicator nozzle does not exist. Without a set of 4-5 nozzles, it becomes unusable. Major problem.2. The caulking tube seems to have a problem. Unlike my other caulking tubes, I just could not push out the caulking paste out of the tube. But I am willing to explore and try some other ways.

This is the only sealant to use with the Zip System. I assume it could be used for many other weather proofing scenarios as well. Half of my order arrived without the screw on nozzles...that is the only reason for the four stars. I called the Huber office and they were very accommodating and shipped out the needed nozzles immediately. I do believe that the missing nozzles is either an Amazon warehouse issue or possibly the persons building the order have no idea what they are packaging. Anyway this is a fantastic sealant with almost zero odor. It tools easily and dries quickly in the climates we build in.
