I cook... A lot!I use Chicken broth more than any other staple item, but... Buying "Broth" is essentially buying water with a drop of chicken flavor. I'm not a fan of bullion cubes, as they're 95% salt with 5% actual chicken flavor and corn starch to hold them into a cube shape.I picked up a couple of these on clearance in one of the grocery stores and fell in love with it. Sadly, everywhere they sold this stopped stocking it entirely.So Amazon came to the rescue!The Kitchen Appliance Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth Concentrate is fantastic. It's an essential item in my fridge, used for nearly every meal.Squirt a bit in water when boiling pasta for a kick of flavor!It makes some of the best Chicken N Dumplin's I've ever cooked! My mom even asked me what I did to her secret family recipe when I cooked for her. She loved it and has started ordering some of this as well. It's small, compact, and packed with potential.

It gives you the density/flavor control of using powder, but dissolves much easier. It stores in the fridge longer than box stock and takes up less space. Price-wise, it's cheaper than box-stock since for the price of ~2 boxes of stock you get ~4+ boxes of liquid. If you're in doubt, just try it!

I bought a few different kinds of veggie broth, the kinda I was need they no longer sell. So I got this, it tastes great, not hard to use. I like that it's creamy, I'll buy this again

Any time I make a recipe that calls for chicken stock this is what I reach for. It is an ultra-concentrated chicken stock. If used according to directions, it makes 1 3/4 gallons of deliciousness! I'm glad Amazon carries it as I can't find it in any supermarket near me.There is nothing I do not like about it, and much that I love, including that it takes very little space in my bursting-at-the-seams larder!

I bought this for a recipe because my local stores didn't carry this. It works great and has great flavor.
