WearBands5-Level Resistance Bands Training System for Sports & Fitness Training

I just purchased the system last week and so far did two exercises with it. It is very versatile and can incorporate into any workouts. I read it in the question section somewhere that it comes with an exercise booklet, so when I didn't receive one in the package I reached out to the seller. Turned out it doesn't come with a booklet but they were able to provide me with YouTube links that have plenty of workouts to choose from. And upon receiving the system, one of the red band was missing a hook. WearBands was able to send me a replacement band in two days! So far I am very happy with the purchase and WearBands' customer service. They quickly replied with all my questions and issues. I can't wait to see the results using the system.

Work as pictured. The green band, least resistance, recommended to get started is almost useless. If youre fit, youre going to want to start at a higher resistance than green. Im a petite female who works out hard (yoga daily) without much weight addition. Walked around all day with the green bands, did some yoga and barely felt any resistance.

Because I'm tall I can't use the red or black bands.. must wear 2 pair of sock because the hook in the front will irritate the lower leg bone

I’m 5ft and feel like I do not get the right resistance due to my height but other then that this is a great product I just had to start on a higher band to get the reinsurance

Digs into hips when more than one resistance band is hooked up.. Really wantedhipslove this..

You can definitely feel the workout while using these.
