I'm sure it's just because I'm over six feet, but I found that I do not have the full range of movement with these bands. I know most bands don't allow for full range anyways, but these were a little more limiting than others, but I do like how they stay put. They are far more comfortable than other rubber bands and they also seem to be stronger than the other rubber bands I have. That is to say, I ripped a different band while exercising, and these seem to take a lot more punishment than the other one did. I will state that after a few days one of the bands has developed a slight wrinkle but it seems to still work fine.

I LOVE fabric bands so much better than the elastic bands. These don't fold on you and they are very comfortable. They add the right amount of resistance to give you that boost during your workout. Price is spot on, too.

Very good resistance bands and cute colors. I got a good work out in and I can tell these are very durable and will last a long time. Not to mention they’re affordable! I will be buying another pack to gift, these are awesome! They also give you a little pamphlet that shows you all the ways you can use them which was very helpful for a newbie like me :) exactly as pictured and perfect quality

I haven't used these yet but I did get them out to get a feel of the fabric and to see how well they stretch! I love the fabric. It's way way better than the cheaper ones that are made of rubber and roll up on you in the middle of working out. Highly recommend

I absolutely love these. I am all about building the leg muscles and have zero space at home for equipment and zero money to afford a gym membership. These you can literally fold up, put in your purse and use anywhere. They come with a book that offers about 10 different exercises. You can really feel the burn and literally see your muscles working. They are awesome! I can not say anything about durability or how long they last, because I've only been using them for about a month now.

I absolutely love these bands!! I’ve been using the rubbery/plastic ones! These are so much better! They are durable and take your work out up a notch by the resistance! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I get tired of rubber bands that curl, bind and roll. These are great for not slipping, binding and staying flat. They are larger in circumference than I like and except for the extra heavy one, I can't tell a different between the two lighter weight ones. I wish I had regarded the size of it before I bought it.

I gave them 5 stars in the beginning. Time has shown that these are cheap materials and break easily!I’ll not but another.

I love TheFitLife Resistance exercise bands. These ones are really well made and last long! The darker one stretches less, but that's how if offers resistance. I'm happy with my purchase.

These came neatly packed, with its own carrying bag and a little booklet for exercises. Bands look sturdy and I liked that I was able to find use for all 3 of them. I’ve read some reviews for other bands to be way too tight for smaller sizes and way too flexible for bigger sizes, so I was really curious to see how they’ll fit. I loved all 3! What I found different from most bands of this type that I viewed is that the grippy part inside is woven with what looks like a rubber thread. This could be better than having them instead of glued rubber stripes. Time will tell. Even though this band had less reviews than some others, it had positive reviews. So, I’m glad I chose this one.

I was looking to replace the set of rubber rb's I had, but didn't want ones that would risk breaking or stretching out.These are totally worth it.
