Our Catlee chocolates manufacture relates to a long tradition of chocolate production, which begun in Prague in times of Austria-Hungary. Prague, as the city of kings and emperors, was very opened to all new things from around the World. Hence, in 1881 there was set one of the first workshops for cocoa processing and production of chocolate- Meixner und Sohn. The tradition was aborted due to World War. After a 50 years long pause, with the members of the original Meixner family and their experience, we have resumed this tradition.
