As stated, the adhesive wasn’t strong enough so I placed the pad under the shoe insole to prevent pad shifting. Since I use special insoles on some shoes I attached the pad to the bottom of the insole. Being that the pad would now be upside down? I placed the right pad on the left insole and the left marked pad to the right insole. It works beautifully allowing me to use the insoles on different shoes.Remove the insole from toe shoe, stand directly onto the removed insole and carefully mark the insole prior to adhering. I also used a small amount of tape to secure the pad on the bottom of the insole. I hope this helps.

These are not only uncomfortable, but because my feet are narrow.They take up a good amount of space which helps my shoes to fit better.

Im not really a fan of these metatarsal gel pads, but that's just me. They provide adequate cushioning, but I find them to be hard and uncomfortable. Although they might have the opposite effect on someone else since we all have different feet issues. They're easy to apply and adhere well, but are just not for me.

Having a neuroma on the ball of your foot makes it feel like you are walking around with a pebble in your shoe. By using this on your insert, you literally shift the pressure of your foot as you walk from the ball of the foot to the metatarsal area. This helps to relieve the pain.

Fit & comfort are not what I experienced.

It did help with pain,but they come in pairs and I only needed the right foot and trying to make the left one work somehow was a no go.

I like how you can reuse these and decide if you want to stick the to feet or shoes. Worked well in my high heels. I am never quite sure if they hit the right spot when I stick them in shoes though. Partly because they look ao large (not the bump but the adhesive part around it. Useful for slippers and sandals, especially because they are invisible and washable.
