It supposed to help me with the bloating but it made it worst.. now I am more bloated and constipated 😞

Have been using for years and notice huge difference. If I’m on the road and having to eat something that is allergen I can double up to help process. Had great difficulty with swelling prior.

This works! I am on week three of taking Gut Instinct. Like many of the other reviews I have tried many things for my bloating to include seeing doctors. If I eat, I bloat. I usually look 6-8 months pregnant after any meal. My baby is 25 years old. This has significantly reduced that issue. It hasn’t totally fixed it, but I feel and see big relief (75% better). This was coupled with Flatter Me and a 16/8 intermittent fast (16 hours fasting and 8 hours of eating). I did not restrict what I ate, but generally try to keep it low carb. I have experienced no weight loss. My stomach is like iron and I did not experience any of the cramps and bathroom issues that others have described. Once I find something that will help me produce more waste in the bathroom, I think I will have finally found the winning combination for a flat stomach. I definitely recommend.

Everyone is different but this didn't help me in fact it made my stomach upset, constipated, and gassy.

Really wanted to love this and I did however I’m pretty sure this broke me out horribly!!! As soon as I started them and I continued to take them because it was working so good for my stomach but I couldn’t take it anymore my acne became horrendous and painful ;(
