Fascinating insight
Fascinating insight into a little known aspect of WW2. I love the social history of this period, and this book tells the story of young American women who volunteered for work overseas supporting the US forces in Britain. A great read for anyone interested in this aspect of the war.

Nice Story
I enjoyed the story. When I read the first sentence of the book and it said Pearl Harbor was attacked on Saturday, December 7, 1941 I didn't have much faith that I would like the book. Pearl Harbor was attacked on a Sunday. I got over it and enjoy this work of fiction, which was written by a real "Doughnut Dollie."
