Good for my eye health
These are good for my overall health. They are hard to swallow for me but it might not be for others. Purchasing them online is a better price than in the stores! Good deal and quality for the money!

Wow! Best Dry Eye Relief
I've had severe Dry Eye for years from Lasik over the last 4 years. I've seen numerous world renowned Doctors with minimal relief. Dr. Jaccoma recommended these because it has Omega 3,6 and 9 which is instrumental in getting good tear quality. Noticed an improvement within 3 days and by day 30 felt a significant improvement. Good product.
I have taken these capsules for years, ever since my eye doctor prescribed them. I was unable to buy them at my local health care products store or another company that had supplied them. Now I order a very large bottle from Amazon and take one in the morning and one at supper time.

Work pretty well. But they have really jumped up in price & will not be purchasing.
