So the earbud that works is great but the left side doesn't work at all. The instructions aren't the greatest, the left side blinks red when in the case but doesn't turn on or pair or anything. Hoping I can get this fixed as I really want to like these.Pros so far:Size. love how they sit in the ear and there isn't a stem off the side. Not a huge deal but it was something I liked. trying them on, they sit well and dont fall out.In the one working earbud, sound was good and the person on the other line said it was clear on their end too.Can use them independently- if I only want to have one ear bud in so I can still hear whats going on around me, I can still do so.Set up is relatively easy- as long as both are actually working.Cons:Left earbud doesnt work at all. No charge, no reset, nothing. I did request a replacement, and I'm hoping when it comes in, that one works. From what I've seen in the short time I had it, these could be great if they are working properly.Will update once I get the replacements.

This is the first wireless earbuds I’ve ever bought and used and they were so easy to set up! I help groom dogs all day so I usually just wear one at a time and they are great! They stay in my ear and I was worried about that but I haven’t had any problems and I appreciate that they came with 3 sets of ear plugs in different sizes! The sound is great and I only wear one so I can hear what my co worker is saying because with both on I would t be able to hear her very well they cancel out a lot of noise. I also like the fact that if my case is fully charged I can have up to 4 full charges on my earbuds before I have to charge the case again. But the battery life on just the ear buds is wonderful .

I picked up 2 pairs of these buds during an Amazon promo, where the second pair was half price. My wife and I have used them every day for the last month.When the wired earphones that came with my phone died I thought it was time to give wireless buds a go. I didn't want to splash out a ridiculous amount as I only need them for daily walks, where I listen to some music or make a few calls while I'm out of the house.For the price, I must say I'm incredibly impressed!Perhaps I lowered my expectations because they are so cheap but for the price, they are well-designed, solid build quality, decent audio quality and have a great battery life.Now, if you're expecting amazing audio quality, I suggest you spend a little more. However, for the price, the sound quality is more than adequate and the phone calling functionality is good.The bluetooth connectivity is prone to occasional drop-outs (say, once every few days) and you sometimes need to do the old 'turn them off and on again' to reset the connection but again, for the price, I'm not really bothered by it.When calling people, the mics on the buds do pick up quite a bit of surrounding noise, so when you're chatting with someone on the phone they can hear everything around you (car noise, other people talking etc).If you are after a pair of buds that are great value for money and you're not too bothered by audio quality, then I can highly recommend these.

I bought these for the gym after I lost my pair, and I haven't taken them yet, but I'm very pleased with just the 5 minutes I used them at home. Much louder than my last pair, and they have touch-pad things on the side so that you can change the song or answer a call without reaching for your phone. For such an inexpensive pair, I am shocked at how high-quality these are. I highly recommend these if you are looking for some basic-use wireless earphones!

The sound quality is awful. When you take phone call the person on the other end can't hear you over half the time. The batter life only lasts about 4 hrs. I have to push the headphone in the case or it wont charge at all or even recognize that there even in the case. Recently I have had the issue with when someone calls all you hear is crackling as if the speaker is blown and cant hear them at all, but when call ends my music plays fine. First though it was there phone reception so tried it not connected to the headphones and could hear them no problem the reconnected head phones while on the phone and crackling began. Randomly unpairs as well. Noise canceling is a joke as well. Very unhappy with this product.

I use these to watch TV mostly, can easily fall asleep with them in. I listen through my Roku app with no speech delay. Also cut grass and weed-eat with them in, they stay in with no problems. Going to get a second pair just for outdoor work.

Initially I gave these headphones a much lower score, the more I listened and thought about why I bought them, I decided to give a higher score. There are many pros and cons, here I go.PROS:Price - I paid $10Connectivity - as easy or easier than any headphones I have ever usedFunctions - super easy… press and hold, double tap and triple tap. All functions worked very well.Size - I tuck them inside my headphones at work, perfect for that. They stay in my ears really well, no complaintsPrice - $10 bucks, I bough 2 pairCONS:Sound, the bass is great. The mids and highs borderline suck. But they were $10Dialogue is horrible, but clear enough that I won’t send them back. Hip Hop sounds great. Rock sounds ok. Classical was a little less than ok. I was disappointed with the sound quality, but they do a good enough job that I would recommend them to others in the right situation. I know I will lose or break them in my line of work. At $10, I don’t care

I have earbuds that cost 8x more than this product and I far prefer the NYZ earbuds. They fit my ear better, have longer battery life per charge and the number of recharges while in the box and I live the color! I ordered 3 set of these earbuds they’re so great.
