Fun game for my dog
My dog is having so much fun playing the pawcall games! I wish there was more ability to let me know when she pushes the button outside of scheduled call times. She doesn’t always respond within the 5 minute scheduled call period, but I have caught her pushing the button at other times.

Can’t see pet at all in the dark. Screen view freezes up often

Fantastic!!
The PawCall makes the PetChatz so much fun for my dogs and me. The pups will call me with the PawCall (setup to call during my break times at work). We can connect and play games when I am away. When they here the little bell they all come running. They get so excited and I love the fact that I can check in on them when I am away. We also do the training mode, it is good practice for them to wait until it is their turn to push the PawCall and get the treat. The cat has even started taking part. We love it.This is an awesome company with a customer service department that really cares.

Too limited
I thought my dog could use this at any time but you have to set the times that you are available for them to call you and the unit blinks to let your dog know. My dog doesn’t stay in this room all the time so it did not work well for her. I returned it.

We have NOW HAVE THE PETCHATZ pet video system a few months AND add added the paw call , I have to say the customer service team is GREAT when a issue arises they are fast to rectify it,My only issues is I wish the DESIGN team will come up with a firmware update that the dog canCALL US WITH the paw call ANYTIME OUR PET WONTS TO CALL US, NOT TWO PRESET TIMES THAT WE HAVE TO SET UP IN ADVANCE.

Arrived on time, but couldn't use.
Missing bluetooth adapter upon arrival. Item was listed as new, but just fell out of its box without all the pieces. After paying nearly $100, I'd expect a little more.

Unbelievable
This is a quality product. I am pretty technical however I needed assistance with setting it up so I called the customer service and they helped me immensely! Now it works perfectly. I’m very very happy with this purchase
