How do I activate the solar light and test it in daylight?

Set the switch to ON and give the panel 6-8 hours of direct sunlight. The light activates after dark. To check it during the day, cover the panel fully; nearby porch lights or shaded charging spots can affect normal operation.

What type of battery does the solar unit use?

The solar unit uses rechargeable AAA Ni-MH batteries. Before replacement, check whether the compartment is user-accessible, then match the original label's voltage and capacity. Follow the instructions and avoid disposable batteries.

How should I care for the outdoor finish and solar housing?

The resin body has a UV-resistant coating and an IP44 outdoor rating. Keep it out of standing water, avoid soaking the solar housing, and wipe the surface gently. A sheltered position and seasonal storage help protect the finish.

How tall is this pagoda, and is it carved from stone?

The pagoda is listed at 10.4 inches tall and has a resin body with a stone-look finish, rather than solid carved stone. Choose the finish shown for your option and place it on a level, well-drained surface with direct sunlight reaching the panel.

How much light should I expect through the pagoda windows?

The windows provide a soft, warm decorative glow that highlights the pagoda after dark. This is a compact garden accent, not a main pathway or patio lamp. Brightness and runtime vary with sunlight, season and nearby lighting around the display.

So tiny… light barely works

I bought this for a memorial garden- I should have better read the description, it is TINY. I was prepared to overlook it because it is cute… but the light in the pagoda is very, very dim, if it comes on at all. Save. Your. Money.
