Great cleaning kit for my Nespresso machine. After only one use my machine is like new! Will get it again in a few month.

I like the results after one kit, but it is not as good as I would like. This part of the picture is my fault. I have put this off for two years. I rinsed more times than the directions say you should. I think it is a good product, at this price, and will buy again until this is perfect.Meanwhile, I will use my cold brew coffee/tea maker or drip method with an excellent ground expresso, which I love. The pods are expensive, so I have been using the less costly knockoffs. I love to go back to having at least one cup per day. Now I am missing how easy it is to get my favorite drinks. Sometimes I was even mixing the coffee with frothed milk.This method and product are suitable. After at least six months or more of using this espresso maker, I just needed to do this. These inexpensive kits will do more of a cleaning/descaling, and I will be happy. I doubt I will feel safe after doing only two rinses, so that I will be adding two more. I have put this off because I fear a foreign substance in my machine—no more fear here on my end. This kit has almost finished the big job I created! I am so glad I can enjoy this machine again.Great value! Enjoy!

I used it to improve flow in my coffee maker. Can't tell any difference after using it.

My machine stopped sucking in water from the resivoir. At first I had no luck but be patient- I put the solution in and tried to run it. No luck. Let it sit for another day and then it had worked! I know have a like new machine!

The box came broken and product was wasted. Not worth paying for.

I have a Nespresso that is literally 15 years old. It’s the “citiz and milk” model (and yes they still sell it). I’ve gone through two of the milk frothers but the actual espresso/ coffee machine is going strong. I only cleaned it once in those 15 years so this product was the second time.There are two components to this system. A four ounce bottle of descaling liquid and a Nespresso capsule filled with cleaning stuff. You do each procedure separately.First full the tank with water and the entire 4 ounce bottle. Run the machine until the tank is empty; then repeat with clean water for three full tanks.My machine actually was overwhelmed three times during this procedure. It just froze up. I waited about 15 minutes each time it stopped and the machine started working again.Once that procedure is done, put in the capsule with the cleaner. Run the machine as if you’re brewing the larger size coffee. Repeat. Then remove the capsule and run the machine twice more using clean water.That’s it!Obviously, a very simple process but it was time consuming.It took a LONG TIME before the water ran clear after the descaling process - the water looked like it had coffee residue in it… but like I said I only cleaned my machine one other time in 15 years so I am lucky that the water ran clear at all!The chemicals did not smell bad. In fact they smelled like nothing.My only complaint is that the instructions suggested this process be repeated every month. Hahahaha, no. Unless they mean a month in Jupiter years, but they probably don’t. The Nespresso website says to do this every 6 months or 600 coffees.
