I recently purchased this steam cleaner from Amazon, and I must say, it has been a complete disappointment from the very beginning. This product turned out to be nothing more than a worthless piece of junk that failed to deliver even the most basic functionality. Allow me to share my frustrating experience with this steam cleaner. First and foremost, the unit failed to produce any steam, rendering it utterly useless for its intended purpose. No matter how long I waited or how many times I attempted to use it, the steam simply refused to materialize. I followed the instructions to the letter, hoping for a satisfactory result, but all I got was a non-functional nightmare. Furthermore, the product's build quality was severely lacking. The flimsy plastic components felt cheap and fragile, and I had a constant fear that the steam cleaner would fall apart in my hands. It's safe to say that this product does not inspire any confidence in terms of durability or longevity. The customer service experience was equally frustrating. When I contacted the company's support team to report the issues, they appeared disinterested and provided no real solutions. It felt like they were merely going through the motions, lacking any genuine concern for my problem. I expected better customer support for a product that clearly did not live up to its promises. To make matters worse, the overall design of the steam cleaner was impractical and inconvenient. The water tank was tiny and required constant refills, which became a hassle during longer cleaning sessions. Additionally, the cord length was disappointingly short, limiting my range of movement and forcing me to constantly search for available power outlets. In conclusion, this steam cleaner was an absolute waste of my hard-earned money. Its non-functional steam production, flimsy build quality, lackluster customer service, and impractical design make it impossible for me to recommend this product to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this steam cleaner at all costs.

I was struggling to clean our guest house shower because of all the grout and I purchased this and can now confirm the shower is cleaner than ever before without all the chemicals needed. I love this, worth every penny. Easy to use, but if you plan on cleaning floors you’ll need an extension cord. And water capacity is roughly 600sqft if clean +shower.

it worked great but the quality was substandard. molds were off center and crooked. preventing accessories to be screwed in correctly. it’s nice it was 2500 watts! very powerful but can’t use it with a clear head knowing something can fall off and burn myself so i sent it back

Works ok, but very cheap, inconsistent, and a little dangerous if you aren't careful! A lot of metal parts that heat up to over 200°!!

Great for deep cleaning, but buy extra brushes!I was so excited to get this Moongiantgo High-Pressure Steamer that I set it up immediately. It works wonderfully without any attachments. The long metal wand is fantastic for sanitizing my bathroom and other areas.However, my kitchen stove had years of caked-on grease that regular cleaning products couldn't remove. I steamed the stove panel and knobs twice without attachments to loosen the grime, then switched to the metal brush. It worked beautifully to lift the buildup, but unfortunately, the brush began falling apart after just one use.Despite the brush wearing out quickly, this steamer absolutely solved a problem I've struggled with for years. I highly recommend it, but I will definitely need to order a replacement pack of metal brushes! Bought in july 2026 and by September 2026 the Moongiantgo has stopped working. I used it 6 times around my apartment and the next thing i knew it started leaking water throught the upper side of the unit wear the upper black peice is that is where the motor and wiring is so I was concerned and curious to find out what was causing the steam to come out through the ventilation area as well as the crevices of the Upper Black panel that meets at the water container so I use the screwdriver and took it apart and I saw that the little water hose that connects to the Head popped off so I pushed it back in but I could see it needed a clamp to to keep it in place and not pop off once the machine is in high pressure mode of operation since I did not have a clamp I had to put it back together I eventually turned it back on and it worked for about 3 minutes and then it stopped working again I only use this machine six times. wow

I just received this item and the small metal wire brush attachments had a whole portion of their bristles yanked out. These are very fine wire and could easily get stuck into your hands and feet or fall into nearby pet food dishes. I was not expecting this to be so when I opened the bag that contained the attachments. I threw those out, so not having safe wired attachments to use with this item gives it a thumbs down
