I like this kit a lot, first I was not happy with lamp, once I figured that it is 24W and you just need keep just a bit longer it worked, it is easy to use, has anything needed to start, variety of colors and even thought the size looks too small, I used the kit for full set twice and still have both base and top coat. So far I am really satisfied. Recommended if you are looking to have different colors and everything in the same kit. Just keep in mind more time required to cure.

I received my order without the gel base and top coat.

Pretty colors although not as nice a variety as I would have liked. A better mix of light and dark with less shades of a color. Here were too many shades that were practically the same. All-in-all, it has stayed for two weeks now with no sign of chipping or peeling away from the nail.

I bought this for my 11 year old granddaughter for her and her friends to use.Their sleep over was such a blast,everyone got their nails done.

The polish is crap. It was gummy and the top coat is a yellow color that makes everything look bad,

I was so excited to order and receive this product. My first order was cancelled for unspecified reasons! I ordered a replacement right away! I was so excited when my kit arrived! I unpacked it, and set up my own little salon!! I read the instructions to make sure I would use the product correctly! I began painting my left hand with the base coat… stuck my hand under the plugged in UV lamp and wait for it……. NOTHING!!! Now I am working with one hand trying to figure it out!! To answer your question, NO I did not think to try it out before; I was really excited what do you expect? I unplug it, plug it back in, find other chargers, find other charging butts to plug it into, try other outlets around the house… ask myself “WHY IS THIS HAPPENING ALL I WANT TO DO IS GEL MY NAILS FOR THANKSGIVING”!!!! The answer is I have horrible luck and I have wasted $25 on a product I can’t use and my nails will look the same this year with discount nail polish! It’s okay though I have other reasons to be thankful!! Maybe you will have better luck if your purchase this product because I am pretty sure it’s me not you!! The kit came with a lot of products and even though it didn’t work, I was surprised at that! This kit has it all you need to start doing your own gel manicure at home! As a cosmetologist doing manicures on the regular are bit of a waste of money for me. But wanting my nails done for special occasions or just for a fun weekend this works great!Everything you need comes in this kit for a great at home manicure. Lots of color options and so many tools and decals I would never know what to do with! The colors are nice and bright and all look great on. The shade colors are on the bottle but not the color itself which can make it hard to find the right color. I ended up just coloring the top of the bottle to save hassle of going through them all every time.The light isn't the best but great for recreational use. The light has 30/60/90 second timer and it holds a good charge.This would make a great gift and its a great price!
