Heavy guage, sturdy, versatile.I purchased this with the intention of using it as a ‘paraat’. But since then I have used it for soaking n washing veggies and cooking n frying as well. The food doesn't get burnt! And oil also can be heated without worrying about burn stain. You can boil milk, fry, make ‘payesh’ (kheer). My tasla is still good as new after all this. Very easy to clean too.Only thing is, it's a weight-lifting exercise while washing. But the weight is what makes it good I guess...
