Confectioner Sugar/No Corn Starch
This is a great Confectioners Sugar substitute for anyone that has allergies to corn and corn products. We made bakery frosting for our cut out sugar cookies. It was delicious and tasted like frosting made with regular confectioners' sugar made with corn starch. As with regular confectioners' sugar for frosting we always sift any confectioners' sugar before adding it to the other ingredients.
