Q: Can this be used on a vehicle that already has a good ceramic coating? To help with the protection?

Yes, this will act as an aide to prolong the life of the ceramic coating and also serve as an additional "top coat"

Q: Does it stain plastic trim?

It hasn't stained mine. I use it on all my car's exterior surfaces.

Q: Is this safe for fiberglass gel-coat & vinyl decals?

Been using for 2 months so far hasn’t removed my stickers. Or my damaged my carbon fiber mirror caps.

Q: What is the lowest recommended temp for application?

I just applied 3-in-1 today with ambient temp about 50F without problem. In terms of low temp limit I would think low humidity more a problem as too rapid drying may be an issue. Last summer I had no problems at 85F but inside a garage. Again, rapid evaporation either by a hot surface or low humidity is of more concern than air temp, my opinion.
