Love these aminos! I found this brand listening to the MindPump guys. They actually had the founder on for an interview one episode. Hitting your protein targets can be difficult. I use these to fill the gaps when I feel a meal didn’t cut it or to help bridge the gaps if I’m in a cut phase. Definitely do not use in place of real food though!

Even though I usually experience nausea when taking too many supplements, I have had no issues with these capsules. I strongly believe that these capsules are aiding in my quick recovery, especially since I'm currently training for a marathon.
