can you confirm the size? it says 24" x 25" yards -- this is confusing. do you mean 24" wide x 25 yards long? or 24" wide x 25" long?

All the reviews talk about bloating. What does that have to do with steam a seam?

I have never heard the term “bloating” in regards to Steam A Seam 2. I use it for simple applique and am very pleased. If I have many smaller and more complex applique pieces on top of each other, I will use a lighter woven fabric such as Heat and Bond Lite.
