I have taken many supplements over the years and to be honest it is sometimes difficult to notice improvements from one of them individually - this is not one of those. Improvements with sleep and the significantly reduced / eliminated need to get up in the middle of the night to urinate showed themselves right away. I loved this supplement right from the start. I then got a very good low-price offer for Glycine from a competing manufacturer that was too tempting to pass up. The problem - the other manufacture's Glycine didn't taste nearly as good *and* my sleep regressed / the need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night returned. I am back on this and I do not intend on leaving again so long as this product is offered (so long as it is never altered...) - this is now a lifetime, just before bed supplement for me.
