I had a foot injury that left me with having to tape my toes and foot permanently. I was looking for one that doesn't doesn't stretch and doesn't come off every time I take a shower since the taping I do is rather elaborate and I cannot spend half an hour every day or more to tape my foot. I needed a tape that I could put it on and have it stay in place for several days.I tried several different types and brands to no avail until I found this one. It's name serves it well, it is indeed scary sticky and doesn't come off even if I take 2 showers a day or hour long baths or use the pool I change it every 5-7 days for hygienic and use baby oil. This tape allows me to live my life and run long distance as I did before my injury. I just love it.
